• Open Gyms: One to two days a week during May and June. Open Gyms are optional

  • During this time the club will host information meetings

  • Registration, Uniform order and merchandise orders will be due due at the end of June

• Practice: Practices starts the first full week after July 4th and is mandatory for all team members. See club policy on absences.

  • Junior High and High School Teams practices from 7PM-9PM M,T,R for

  • Elementary practices from 7PM-9PM T,R

• Games and Tournaments: attendance is mandatory. Known exceptions communicated at registration will be reviewed by the board.

  • Games start mid-August and wrap up typically in early October

  • KCHE plays both home and away matches, including some weekend tournaments

• No events are scheduled on Wednesday and Sunday.

• Seasons will close with a year end banquet (typically the Saturday evening following the last game in early October).
